1 on 1 Personal Training is designed for the everyday athletes and staying in shape from moms and dads, vacationing college student athletes or teens looking to get fit for school sports.
Clients have the option of 1-3 day a week sessions, which usually last an hour in length each. These few sessions will help to keep you motivated. Even though an hour is allotted, workouts are still serious, but not competition intense. I also offer diet assistance and customized workout programs to help you fully MAXIMIZE your results.
