Buddy Buddy Training

Buddy Buddy Training is designed for two clients sharing a 1 hour training session.

Clients have the option of 1-3 day a week sessions. These few sessions will help to keep you motivated. Even though an hour is allotted, workouts are still serious, but not competition intense. I also offer diet assistance and customized workout programs to help you fully MAXIMIZE your esults.

  • Build Muscle and Strength

  • Endurance
